CARAVAN SITE
We are a small family run caravan site. All pitches have lakeside positions and are lovely and peaceful. We have electric hook-ups and a small toilet block. The toilet block has 4 toilets in total and a shower. We offer basic and clean facilities.
We are on the quiet edge of Bourton-on-the-Water and have an easy, flat 10 minute walk into the centre of the village with its supermarkets, pubs and restaurants.
We are dog friendly and have lots of walks from the site , with a nature reserve next to us. There is no charge for dogs but they must be kept on leads at all times and picked up after. The farm has 16 acres including a meadow, lakes and small wood.
Booking is advisable arrivals are between 1pm and 7pm. Pitches must be vacated by midday and we do not offer late stays as we are a popular small site.
As the pitches are lakeside we are adult only.

Camper vans, vans and trucks towing a caravan must be disclosed at time of booking

There are additional charges for dog gardens and large non standard awnings.
Sorry, we have no facilities for charging electric vehicles.

As we are a small site we do not allow day visitors . Fishing is not available .

HOLIDAY APARTMENT
A self contained one bedroom, two berth loft apartment with a balcony overlooking the lakes. The apartment comprises an entrance hall with ironing facilities, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower , a sitting room / dining room / kitchen and balcony seating area.
Kitchen:
The apartment is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge , freezer and dish washer. (tea towels, dish washer tablets and washing up liquid included)
Sitting Room:
Two seater settee, coffee table, TV with free Sky and Netflix and DVD player. Free WIFI.
Dinning Room:
Seating for two.
Bedroom:
Double bed.
Balcony:
Seating area for two overlooking spectacular views of the farms lakes and surrounding Cotswold countryside.
Parking:
Ample off road parking.
The apartment is adult only, non smoking, well behaved dogs allowed.
